At the Stella Hancock RDA Driving Centre:  What a wonderful reception was reserved for Jakki
when she came to see Rita at work with Dan Brown at the Stella Hancock RDA Driving Centre.
Rita is loved by all and has quickly settled into her new activities at the Driving Centre, near Guildford.
It was a bitterly, bitterly cold day, but no one was deterred.  Usually, at least six carriages and horses drive round the vast area which the Driving Centre has at its disposal.  Today Dan brought Rita and Ed to the Centre - you can just make out Ed below on the right.
Rita almost harnessed up
Paula, a lady with severe disabilities.who  drives entirely on her own with Dan next to her as groom about to set off
Jakki had the back seat and was utterly impressed with Paula's driving skills and of course with Rita
The visit coincided with the Centre's Christmas party and a huge hamper was presented to Jakki with a beautiful card signed by all.Thank you deeply to you all.  It was wonderful seeing Rita at work with Paula driving.  Truly, thank you deeply to you all.

Our enormous thanks for the wonderful ceremony of the Prix Fondation SNCF 2012, staged by the SNCF Brittany Region, to honour all the associations that the SNCF Brittany Region supported in 2012.  7 associations, which had been 'Coups de Coeur', for the SNCF Brittany Region were put forward on the stage at the Palais des Arts in Vannes before SLL was given the very great honour to be singled out as the last association to be presented and with the film below shown to all present as the major association that was supported by SNCF Brittany.  Before we tell you who was there, may we thank Sylvie Mousset and our Fany Kermagoret very, very deeply for the very hard work that Fany did in making this film from photos and clips that she and Fred had.  It came as a complete surprise to Jakki who was terribly moved and all present were moved by Fany's film.

Monsieur Georges André, the Premier Adjoint to the Mayor of Vannes, was present to our huge delight.  Monsieur André had greeted us at the beautiful reception in Vannes at the end of July.  Present also from the SNCF was Claire Sottiaux who had originally selected SLL to support before Sylvie (Moussset) took over.   It was wonderful seeing Claire again.  Also there were representatives from the IME at Plumelec (where Séduisante is now),  from the EPSMS at Plaintel, near St Brieuc, (where Printemps and Segur are now), and from the Genets d'Or IME of Plabennec (where Qualitous is now).  Sylvie, the Director at Plabennec, presented us with the second little film below, 'Arrival of Qualitous at Plabennec'.  Maxime, Kevin, Gwen and of course, Fany, were there too, as well as Fred, Marie-Noëlle, Jean-Yves and Jakki.  Photos will be put up when we have received them.

After the presentation on stage, we were treated to a magnificent 'pot d’amitié'.  We thank with all our hearts all those at the SNCF Région Bretagne who were present for the very great honour they gave us.
